The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is the only national student organization for pre-professionals studying communication sciences and disorders (CSD) recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Established in 1972, National NSSLHA is headquartered Rockville, Maryland, and supports 11,400+ members and 340+ chapters at colleges and universities nationwide.

Wait, why are there two memberships?
- The National NSSLHA membership is optional (unless you want to hold an executive officer position, then it is mandatory) and costs $60.00 per year.
- Membership to National NSSLHA is available to full and part-time undergraduate and graduate students.
